There is a very welcoming atmosphere at the very beginning by Niki the receptionist. The number of times I have had my appointments have all been positive. Dr Alavi is very caring, knowledgeable and gentle. My cleaning and checkup just today was done by Pendar and was really good, calm and proficient. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic.

I was a patient at this clinic for many years and had positive experiences in the past, including treatment for a cyst in my mouth.
Unfortunately, my gum graft procedure was very disappointing. The surgery felt unprofessional, and I was never given a clear explanation of what happened or why the outcome was poor. My concerns were not properly addressed, which led me to seek care elsewhere.
I eventually consulted a periodontist, who provided a thorough explanation, performed a successful gum graft, and delivered a much more professional experience overall.
Based on my experience, I would recommend seeing a qualified periodontist for gum graft procedures rather than a general dentist. While I appreciated the care I received in the past, my experience with the gum graft was disappointing enough that I can no longer recommend this clinic for periodontal procedures.
