The new Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federally administered public program for eligible Canadian residents with an annual adjusted family net income of less than $90,000 who do not have dental coverage. Hemlock Dental Clinic is thrilled to participate in the Canadian Dental Care Plan, ensuring accessible dental services for everyone.

Do you qualify?

To qualify for the CDCP, you must:

• nothave access to dental insurance
• have an adjusted family net income of less than $90,000
• be a Canadian resident for tax purposes
• have filed your tax returnfor the previous year

How to apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan & When can I apply?

Applying for the CDCP is an easy process,  you can apply online
, or at any Service Canada location.

• Seniors aged 87 and older: Starting December 2023
• Seniors aged 77 to 86: Starting January 2024
• Seniors aged 72 to 76: Starting January 2024
• Seniors aged 70 to 71: Starting March 2024
• Seniors aged 65 to 69: Starting May 2024
• Adults with a valid Disability Tax Credit certificate: Starting June 2024
• Children under the age of 18: Starting June 2024
• All remaining eligible Canadian residents: Starting January 2025
